Network analysis

Company names on opposite sides of a case title create an observed pairing. Explore the structure of those pairings across the captured lists.

Loading the latest data…
Court lists establish scheduled activity. They do not establish completed hearings, findings, fault or finalisation.

Connections

Company names appearing on opposite sides of a case title form a connection. The groups below show who shares these connections in our data.

What the network measures

Nodes are company-name groups; an undirected edge means those names appeared on opposing caption sides. Edges are weighted by listing entries and distinct listing dates. Multiple procedural appearances can belong to one dispute.

A connection does not establish ownership, affiliation, responsibility or wrongdoing. Name grouping can merge different entities or split one entity after a name change. The current view combines the captured jurisdictions and includes advance lists; it is not a national company network.
