Sources and access policy
Access and coverage differ between courts. This page records which lists and decisions we can include.
Access policy
We honour each site’s robots.txt rules, access restrictions and rate limits. Where access needs permission, the source stays outside our data until an approved route is available. We have no permission to use the sources marked as requiring it.
“Collected” means we read the list successfully. “Collected — empty list” means the court supplied an empty list. “Notice only” means the document contains a notice without case listings. A failed request or an unreadable document leaves coverage unknown for that attempt. Earlier successful lists remain in the data.
Dates in the tables use year-month-day. “Covered since” on the homepage is when we first read a list successfully, which can differ from the date of the oldest list available.

Decisions and orders
These records have different date ranges from the hearing lists. A published decision may concern an ongoing proceeding.
